No, the Registry app does not natively support Paypal.
But it is easy to use Paypal. Just have your guests or donors submit a Pledge on the registry and in the Notes, where is reads:
"Please write a note about your pledge:"
...Have them note the Paypal contribution.
If you want to encourage the Paypal transactions, put a note that the end of the Our Story text with your Paypal email address or paypal.me link.
