Is there a contract to sign for service?

No. We provide Terms of Service related to the Subscription and do not require a contract signature. Enterprise or Custom Marketing services may require a contract.

Can we get a SLA, service level agreement?

Yes.   A standard SLA is available on request. Our Customer Service and Support plans come with a SLA to outline our uptime and customer response time commitments.

Do you offer geographic exclusivity?

Can Partners be invoiced and pay by check?

No, we do not invoice for the base Unlimited registry partner plan.  All billing is done through the Manage Subscription portal. Marketing Programs over $5,000/mo may be invoiced in advance and paid on NET15.
