No.

Fraudulent charges are an issue for the platform (that's us), the Stripe Connect Express account holder (the registry owner), Stripe, and the Visa/MC/AMEX issuing banks.

By default, a true fraud and chargeback transaction would draw against the Registry User.

Despite this, Partners are a key piece of the puzzle in protecting the integrity of the Registry App and it's card processing function.

Mortgage lenders are well suited to identify fraud.  If you are unable to get the client on the phone, we are unlikely to allow the registry to process card transactions.

We reserve the right to close Registry accounts if we suspect fraud -- as outlined in our Terms of Service.

Ultimately, using the Registry App platform for fraud wastes our time and potential loses money for multiple parties.  Thanks for playing a part in keep the platform safe from criminals.
