Ouch, we try to avoid any problems in production but sometimes code gets out or the database is in an untested state that results in a server error, bug or 500 code server error.

If you experience and issue and can't back to the main screen in the Dashboard and refreshing does nothing.   Clear your local browser cache, Clear your "cookies"  or switch browsers and see if it continues... switch to Edge or Mozilla from Chrome for Example.
